At Brabham Primary School, we are dedicated to identyfing and supporting students at risk to ensure every student achieves their full potential. We understand that students may face challenges at different stages of their school life that can impact their ability to succeed.

Our experienced Student Services Team, comprising school administrators, a Lead Education Assistant, and a School Psychologist, leads a three-tiered response-to-intervention approach to address student needs effectively. This approach includes universal support for all students, targeted interventions for those requiring additional assistance, and intensive, individualised support for students with significant needs. By collaborating closely with families and external agencies, we create opportunities for all students to learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.
