We implement a whole school, evidence-based approach to student behaviour. Guided by components of the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model, behaviour expectations are clearly defined and explicitly taught. Positive behaviour is consistently and frequently rewarded and celebrated.

Our restorative approach promotes self- regulation, accountability and the importance of repairing and strengthening relationships. Consistent language and approaches aim to improve student academic and behavioural outcomes by fostering high levels of student engagement.

Our responses to student behaviour are underpinned by Culturally Responsive practice and staff maintain open and honest communication that supports student behaviour.
